Hi, I’m Hanna, and I’m so glad you’re here! I was born and raised in New Jersey, with the beautiful Jersey Shore as my backdrop, before moving to Florida in 2009 to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University.

I’m a proud mom to a little girl who is the spitting image of me—both in appearance and attitude! Life with her is never dull.

My journey into coaching started thanks to my good friend, Dr. Roads. We often talked about accountability, and she encouraged me to tap into my natural ability to help others stay on track and finish tasks. With my background in education, I’ve developed a talent for creating personalized plans that help people succeed and achieve their goals.

In addition to coaching, I bring over 10 years of office management experience to the table, including handling hiring and firing processes. I’ve also become an expert in resume writing and job search strategies, and I’m passionate about helping my clients land the jobs they deserve.

On a personal note, my daughters father, who has epilepsy and cognitive brain damage from Grand Mal seizures, has faced significant challenges in maintaining employment. Through this experience, I developed “The Green Pen Theory,” a work plan that has not only helped him succeed but has also been highly effective for my clients who need structure and guidance in both their personal and professional lives.

I believe in tough love because sometimes it’s what we need to stay on track and reach our full potential. I’m here to be your partner on this incredible journey called life, and I’m excited to help you achieve your goals and unlock your best self.
